 In preparation for access to the Farmers & Mechanics Mutual Agency Link quoting system the requesting agency must have a LexisNexis®/Choicepoint® C.L.U.E.® account and a signed privacy agreement.
Step #1: Obtain a Node ID
If you already have a Node ID, please procede to Step #2. If you do not have a Node ID, please click the above link and complete Choicepoint's® "Application for Service".
This process will involve Choicepoint® mailing you an "Agent Setup Package" which will need to be completed and returned to Choicepoint® prior to having access to request C.L.U.E.® reports from this site.
Once a Node ID or temporary Node ID (usually received via email within 24 hours, a REF # starting with an "@" symbol) has been issued, please complete Step #2.**There is no charge for obtaining a Node ID.** | Step #2: Sponsor Authorization
If you have a Node ID & are still getting this message, your existing Choicepoint® Node ID has not been authorized to submit C.L.U.E.® requests on behalf of Lititz Mutual.
In this case, the above link will provide a form to allow you to submit your Choicepoint Node ID or temporary Node ID (a.k.a. REF # starting with an "@" symbol) to Lititz Mutual. We will then inform Choicepoint that your Node ID is authorized to submit CLUE requests on behalf of Lititz Mutual.
Upon submission of this form, access to our Agency Link quoting system will be granted immediately.**There is no charge for running ChoicePoint® reports.** |
